For the first time, I’m inviting a limited number of women to cook, rest and restore with me in a luxurious beachfront Maui villa and have a relaxing getaway. 

This small group setting will give you plenty of one-on-one coaching time to learn the secrets of losing weight and healing chronic illness using a customized paleo approach along with a system I have used to successfully support women on their journey. 

You won’t just come away the understanding of how to lose weight and reverse chronic conditions by making quick, simple and delicious Paleo meals that are customized to YOUR unique genetic profile.

Event Details
Once you've registered, you will complete a comprehensive health questionnaire and schedule a call with our ahhhh-mazing nutritionist, Kinsey Jackson. She will recommend some testing for you to complete before you arrive and also integrate any information and test results you may already have.

From there, we will create a customized nutrition plan that you will receive when you arrive in Maui.

Each retreat is 4 full days and 5 nights. Each day, we will cook together, eat together, and go on a fun outdoor activity. We will have another workshop to support your weight loss and healing journey, followed by a group dinner.

Camille has been a professional chef for over 15 years, with a focus on simple, delicious paleo meals for the last 7. She is the host of America's 1st paleo TV show, "Camille's Paleo Kitchen", the author of the cookbook Paleogasm and creator of the Paleo Cooking School virtual cooking program. She is also the creator of the School of Inner Beauty women's transformational coaching program, which she considers her greatest creative accomplishment to date (except for creating her son, Orion, of course). 
Laura Swan
Women's Transformation Coach
Laura is a devoted wife and mother, a women's life and leadership coach, an author, and a passionate advocate of women’s healing, leadership, and empowerment. She leads retreats and workshops internationally, and provides a variety of online leadership and empowerment programs for women all over the world.

During this retreat, Laura will be teaching on 2 critically important topics for women: "Understanding and Healing the Mother Wound" and "Getting to the Root of Emotional Eating and Self Sabotage".

Having overcome many mental health challenges, Dr. Chris is a gifted speaker and writer and has shared her personal story and philosophy of wellness with audiences across North America. Dr. Chris has helped many patients achieve physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

Yoga, Meditation & Breath Coach
Danielle Bryan is on a mission to spread more LOVE in the world through the modalities of movement, meditation & motivation. She is a Personal Trainer turned Pro Fitness Model turned Yogi turned Meditation Teacher who deeply understands the journey of going within ourselves to create magic & heal from pain. She now coins herself a Transformation Coach who guides women on their journey within through online programs, 1-on-1 connection sessions, weekend retreats, gemstone jewelry & random hugs for everyone she meets. Sara Gustafson
Sara Gustafson is a Holistic C.H.E.K Practitioner, corrective exercise coach, nutritionist and spiritual counselor who integrates a whole body approach to wellness. With her other background in studying sociology, human behavior and forensic psychology at Texas State University, she specializes in the metaphysical correlations with physical symptoms, health and athletic ability as well as the sociocultural influences on lifestyle habits and choices. She applies the science of mindfulness to access values and determine specific, attainable transformations through a comprehensive system of online programs and courses, 1-1 counseling and group coaching.
Lauren Sheehan
Embodying Your Feminine presence
Lauren Sheehan is a stay at home mom, a wife, writer, maker, and teacher. She has created several online courses on the art of feminine presence, the menstrual cycle and has facilitated and mentored women in weekly classes, retreats and 1 on 1 for 10 years. Her life is dedicated to the journey of becoming a woman. She lives in Colorado with her family. 
What’s Included in Each Retreat?
Your retreat experience includes: 
  • 5 Nights Lodging at the Beachfront Villa in Lahaina
  •  All Schedule Activities
  •  All Meals Including 1 Celebration Dinner (alcohol not included)
  •  Transportation to and from the airport and scheduled activities (if you stay off-site, you will need your own transportation)
  •  90 minute pre-retreat call with teachers and other ladies joining in. 
  •   1 month group coaching program follow-up to help you integrate everything you learn into your daily life once home.

For the adventurous spirit or budget traveller, enjoy sleeping under the stars with the waves crashing beside you in temperate Maui winter (68 degrees at night. Comfortable bed, pillows and blankets or optional tent provided. 
How To Apply
Space is extremely limited (Max 12 Spots) so we require an application and a conversation with Camille to make sure this is a good fit for you and the intimate group that will be participating together. Before applying, please make sure that:
  •  You can afford the financial investment
  •  Are willing to be teachable and part of a small group setting
Once your application is complete, you will be given a calendar link to schedule a call with Camille. At the end of the call, payment will be required to hold your spot, so please come prepared with financial arrangements made.

A 50% down payment is required to reserve your space. 
Final Payments are due 1 month before retreat start date. 
There are no refunds, but you can move to another retreat date provided you're more than 45 days from your start date. You can also give your spot to a friend. Both require a $250 change fee. 
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I go on this retreat if I haven’t taken Paleo Kitchen Basics or Mastery? 
Yes, you can. However, it will be easier for you to participate if you have some basic cooking skills under your belt before you arrive.
If you have some experience cooking, but you mostly stick to using recipes, this course will help you dramatically boost your confidence in the kitchen.
What will I learn in the retreat that’s different from your other courses?
This retreat combines the best of everything I have been teaching women in my 1-on-1and group coaching programs for the last 5 years that goes BEYOND just eating paleo. Your retreat experience will be customized for you, which isn't a part of my previous courses. 

The value of cooking with me in person instead of a video is that you will get immediate feedback from me on your technique so you will see instant improvements.

Can my spouse join me?
Your spouse is welcome to stay with you in a double occupancy room and join in on the cooking and adventure portions of the retreat.  Roughly 25% of the retreat material is for women-only as some women have a hard time opening up around men they don't know.
Can I bring my best friend with me?
Yes, definitely! It’s great take this class with a good friend and support each other in your healthy new lifestyle changes.
Why should I meet you in Maui? 
Maui is beautiful year round, and it is the perfect escape from the winter cold!
It’s an island paradise that will totally relax you. Being in nature has shown to help people heal faster from illness and feel more positive and energized. Removing yourself from the stresses of everyday life is a great way to help you recharge.

And… it might even help you jumpstart your weight loss (if you’re trying to lose weight).

Here’s why: Your cortisol levels drop when you’re relaxed, and you’re not storing as many calories as fat. And when you eat while relaxed, your body is more able to absorb the nutrients in your food.
Do you offer private retreats? 
Yes! If you have a group between 5-10 people, we can arrange a special rate and time to accommodate your group. We can accommodate 7 people on-site.
